For some time now, we’ve been working with health partners to integrate active conversations and signposting into the health system. So we were delighted to bring the local health system to life and share progress during our latest partner forum.
We celebrated the system change already achieved within the local health system whilst recognising there is still plenty to do to embed active conversations and signposting into other parts of the system.

Moving Minds pathways established in both bucks and mk talking therapy teams (IAPT) including over 150 therapists trained through active medicine workshop.Live Longer Better Alliances establishes in Bucks and MK, investment and resources helping older adults Age Well including active befriending programmes established in both Bucks and MK.
