We are thrilled to announce the launch of Joy, a cutting-edge digital preventative healthcare platform commissioned by Buckinghamshire Place. Joy is designed to bridge the gap between primary care and local community service providers, making it easier than ever to connect patients with the services they need.
The platform has been funded for 5 years by Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust; Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and West Berkshire Integrated Care Board (BOB); Buckinghamshire Council and Oxford Health (Mental Health Trust).
